Brad Morrison serves as a strategic affiliate focused on business growth, M&A strategy, and enterprise development in dual-use technology markets spanning aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. He works with companies to refine growth models, pursue strategic transactions, and position themselves for long-term success in both commercial and government sectors.

Brad brings over twenty years of experience as a business builder, investor, and corporate strategist, combining leadership across Big 5 consulting, private equity, and high-technology ventures. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he has co-founded and led multiple companies in cybersecurity, AI, and space systems, and has held senior roles advancing innovation at the intersection of national security and emerging technology.

He currently serves as Senior Managing Director for Emerging Technology & Manufacturing at TerraNova Capital Partners and as a Board Member of the Texas Space Commission.

Brad holds a B.S. in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.S. in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University, and FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
